FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
The Director of Marketing and Sales manages a multi-function team responsible for brand, digital marketing, email marketing, social media, public relations, print materials, box office sales, and customer service, expanding, promoting, and protecting the brand in all forms of media.
Assist all employees in meeting their career goals and help foster a welcoming and encouraging environment for everyone. Provide support and information to the staff related to employment terms, benefits, and payroll.
Supports the planning and execution of activities for the Programming department and acts as liaison to other Flynn departments and the community, executing the needs of each event.
The Flynn seeks an experienced and highly skilled Theater Teaching Artist to teach young children in our theater classes & camps.
Provide general support during shows and ensure the proper functioning of building systems. This role addresses issues, provides solutions, and troubleshoots building systems.
Manage the operation of the front of house area before, during, and after the show. Ensure exemplary customer service is being provided by the front of house team, as well as the safety and well-being of all guests.
Responsible for set-up and breakdown/cleaning of concessions inventory and selling food, drinks, alcohol, and merchandise to guests during preshow and intermission.
Coordinate Flynn backstage productions and activities, design and implement necessary stage lighting, submit approved labor requests to union agent, liaison with all technical vendors, and provide daily crew supervision.
Supports the efforts of the organization to stay on budget and on schedule with respect to understanding and tracking show expenses. Perform daily accounting tasks and help provide timely information to drive key decision making.
