The Bookkeeper works as part of the Finance team to perform daily accounting tasks and help provide timely information, supporting efforts to stay on budget and on schedule with respect to tracking expenses.
The Director Education manages a multi-function team, including staff, teaching artists, and interns, directing the Flynn’s arts education programs and forging partnerships with schools, universities, and service organizations.
FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
The Director of Marketing and Sales manages a multi-function team responsible for brand, digital marketing, email marketing, social media, public relations, print materials, box office sales, and customer service, expanding, promoting, and protecting the brand in all forms of media.
The Box Office Manager manages the sales of tickets to customers, working with customers directly and training staff. Responsible for financial report functions, monitoring, and reconciling data.
Assist the General Manager with oversight of the Flynn’s operations. Manage staff responsible for rentals, front-of-house operations, concessions, and the volunteer usher program.
Oversee and manage stage production operations for all events at the Flynn, as well as off-site events produced by the Flynn, and ensure the readiness and smooth operation of the venue during all events.
The Flynn seeks an After Camp Caregiver to plan and execute activities for youth after camp hours have concluded, from 3-5 pm. We anticipate 1-4 kids in after camp care in any given week.
