Manage a multi-function team responsible for brand, digital marketing, email marketing, social media, public relations, print materials, box office sales, and customer service, expanding, promoting, and protecting the brand in all forms of media.
Assist all employees in meeting their career goals and help foster a welcoming and encouraging environment for everyone. Provide support and information to the staff related to employment terms, benefits, and payroll.
Execute digital marketing programs that effectively drive new customer acquisition throughout multiple digital channels. Oversee campaigns through all phases of launch and roll out.
Sell tickets and provide information about various Flynn events, and many events at regional venues, in person at the box office, by phone, and occasionally at off-site locations.
Responsible for set-up and breakdown/cleaning of concessions inventory and selling food, drinks, alcohol, and merchandise to guests during preshow and intermission.
The Flynn seeks an experienced and highly skilled Theater Teaching Artist to teach young children in our theater classes & camps.
Supports the planning and execution of activities for the Programming department and acts as liaison to other Flynn departments and the community, executing the needs of each event.
Manage the operation of the front of house area before, during, and after the show. Ensure exemplary customer service is being provided by the front of house team, as well as the safety and well-being of all guests.
Supports the box office manager and agents with the day-to-day operations and guest interactions both in person and on the phone.
Supports the efforts of the organization to stay on budget and on schedule with respect to understanding and tracking show expenses. Perform daily accounting tasks and help provide timely information to drive key decision making.
