Execute digital marketing programs that effectively drive new customer acquisition throughout multiple digital channels. Oversee campaigns through all phases of launch and roll out.
Manage the operation of the front of house area before, during, and after the show. Ensure exemplary customer service is being provided by the front of house team, as well as the safety and well-being of all guests.
Sell tickets and provide information about various Flynn events, and many events at regional venues, in person at the box office, by phone, and occasionally at off-site locations.
Help foster a welcoming and encouraging environment, provide support and information related to employment terms, benefits, and payroll, and ensure open communication and equitable processes.
Working closely with the education programs manager, teaching artists work to create and lead engaging, arts-focused classes and camps for community members of all ages.
Oversee and manage stage production operations for all events at the Flynn, as well as off-site events produced by the Flynn, and ensure the readiness and smooth operation of the venue during all events.
Support the daily activities of our various summer camps and the work of the primary teaching artist for the session while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all campers.
The master properties is responsible for maintenance and handling of all props; set up of musical equipment; cleaning of stage area for performances; and assisting wardrobe department.
The master sound technician is responsible for setting up and maintaining all audio systems, taking an active leadership role in setting and maintaining high levels of production craftsmanship.
Oversees the Flynn’s Student Matinee Series and Flynn classes and camps, and is the primary contact for all current and potential students and their families and for Student Matinee customers.
