We value the creative process. Flynn arts education programs offer opportunities for participants to collaborate, communicate, deepen empathy and self-awareness, and strengthen self-expression.

Student Matinee Series

The Flynn Student Matinee Series connects students, teachers, and schools with the performing arts, bringing performances to Vermont that invigorate curricula and introduce students to new worlds and experiences.

FlynnZone Kids Hour

A monthly series for families, held at the Flynn and designed for kids 3-5 years old. These interactive shows include music, singalongs, dance, creative play, and more. Held the second Saturday of each month at the Flynn.

Poetry Out Loud

Poetry Out Loud

Poetry Out Loud is a national recitation competition created by the National Endowment for the Arts and the Poetry Foundation. The Flynn is proud to partner with the Vermont Arts Council to administer Vermont’s Poetry Out Loud program.

Bring your class to join the Flynn for a day of movement and community building that makes dance accessible to all! Kickline is a free Flynn event for students in grades 3-6 that we developed to get kids and teachers moving together.
