An Evening With The Graffs

Shaping Political Trends
Flynn Space

About

For one night only, two esteemed journalists, authors, and political commentators with deep Vermont roots will come together for a live discussion on the intricate relationship between the media and politics. Chris and Garrett Graff, a father-son duo with a combined 50 years of experience will explore how national narratives perpetuate, or stall, here in Vermont. The heart of this event lies in audience participation, with Vermonters having the opportunity to pose questions to the veteran Vermont reporter, and the Pulitzer Prize finalist author.

Together, the Graffs will take the audience on a journey through recent history to uncover how social media and the 24-hour news cycles have  influenced public opinion and impacted civic engagement. By examining the rise of opinion-driven journalism and the proliferation of misinformation, they will shed light on the ramifications of a rapidly changing media landscape nationally, and right here at home in Vermont.

Don't miss this unique opportunity to gain valuable insights from expert Vermonters, Chris and Garrett Graff. Join us at The Flynn Space on September 28th at 5:30 PM for an engaging evening that will empower you to re-engage with politics and be a skeptical, informed, consumer
