VYO presents an evening of works from the West alongside their Eastern-European counterparts. Elgar’s brilliant cello concerto performed by senior soloist Celilo Bauman-Swain kicks off the evening followed by a world premiere from the young Vermont composer, Katya Mueller. The beautiful Ukrainian Melody in A Minor by Myroslav Skoryk brings the season to a close.
