Mark Morris has been called “the most successful and influential choreographer alive” (New York Times). He formed the Mark Morris Dance Group in 1980 and has created a near-bottomless trove of original choreography. The company’s off-stage efforts are equally impressive; the dancers and teaching artists specialize in the use of dance techniques for Parkinson’s disease movement therapy.
