For $15.00 starting at 5:00 pm, enjoy a reserved parking space on the top level of the garage, no searching, no circling downtown. When you arrive, a parking attendant will guide you to your spot, so you can park quickly and head straight to the show or dinner beforehand.
Your reserved parking includes:
- Guaranteed parking space on the top level of the garage
- Parking attendant onsite to guide you to your spot
- Security guard onsite in the garage
- Elevator and stair access for convenient entry and exit
- A short walk to the Flynn
The Marketplace Garage entrances are located at 147 Cherry St. and Bank St.

If you elect to use parking made available to you at Marketplace Parking Garage in connection with your ticket purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following by completing your ticket order:
Parking spaces are made available by the Flynn Center for the Performing Arts, Ltd. (the “Flynn”) solely as a convenience to patrons. The City of Burlington, not Flynn, owns, operates, manages, controls, maintains, and secures the parking garage and provides security services at the parking garage. All vehicles are parked at the sole risk of the owner/operator. The Flynn does not take custody or control of any vehicle or its contents.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless the Flynn and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims arising out of or relating to theft, loss of, or damage to any vehicle or its contents, or personal injury or property damage occurring in or about the parking facility, except to the extent caused by the Flynn’s gross negligence or willful misconduct. By checking the box below and completing your ticket purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Parking Terms and Liability Waiver.
